What is Classical Pilates?

At Bone by Bone, our instructor is fully certified with 600+ supervised teaching hours through a direct lineage back to Joseph Pilates. We use authentic Classical apparatus including Gratz — equipment designed specifically to support the full Classical repertoire as Joseph Pilates intended.
